Dr Jackie does not use client or patient information for marketing purposes and clients and patients will only be contacted by Dr Jackie in relation to the services provided to the client or patient. Dr Jackie will always make contact directly and will never use a third party to contact clients or patients. Data is only used to process and manage the relevant services agreed between Dr Jackie and the client or patient and the data will only be kept as long as the relationship between Dr Jackie and the client or patient exists. It is Dr Jackie’s normal practice to anonymise any personal data generated and this would typically relate to consultation notes. You have the right to access your personal information through a written request to Dr Jackie. Dr Jackie is fully compliant with relevant data protection legislation. Dr Jackie is obligated to protect the confidentiality of any patient, a duty that is taken very seriously. However, there are exceptions to this where personal or public safety may be threatened. This will be clearly set out in writing in the agreement signed between Dr Jackie and the patient.
