Dr Jackie has substantial experience of working with clients on a one to one basis who are grappling with life issues that are impacting their mental health and wellbeing. She has worked with individuals experiencing difficulties such as trauma, bereavement, anxiety, depression, abuse or relationship breakdown. Having worked for nearly a decade with clinical staff in the NHS and professionals within the police service, corporate law firms and the financial sector, Dr Jackie has a particular interest in supporting individuals who are experiencing work related stress, trauma and burnout.

Couples Psychotherapy
All relationships can at times become strained as we struggle to make ourselves understood by the other person and to understand them. Our most intimate relationships can make this challenge even more stressful.
Dr Jackie offers couples a safe environment to explore their relationship, to talk openly about how they feel, to be listened to by their partner and to listen to them. Fees: From £150 per session (50 minutes)

Mediation
Conflict between individuals in organisations can have a significant impact on productivity, morale and the mental health of the individuals involved.
Dr Jackie is a trained mediator and works with parties in a work context who are experiencing conflict in their relationship with each other. She uses the FAIR model of conflict resolution which enables her to focus on how each party describes their experience of the relationship and what they need from the other party to resolve their conflict.

Coaching
Dr Jackie can offer a creative coaching approach rooted in psychological theory and techniques. The approach will enable you to reflect on your current situation, visualise where you want to be and identify and unblock the thinking and behaviours that prevent you from reaching your potential. Research, consultancy and expert opinion As a counselling psychologist, Dr Jackie’s work is underpinned not only by her clinical experience but also structured research into the lived experience of individuals. Dr Jackie undertakes research into the experiences of groups of individuals in an organisation to provide important data for people and organisational change initiatives. She also provides consulting services to organisations to support their employees’ mental wellbeing. Dr Jackie contributes expert opinion to government discussions on policy development in the provision of mental health services.

Clinical Supervision
As a counselling psychologist, Dr Jackie can offer individual existential supervision to qualified psychologists and psychotherapists who practice from a humanistic or existential perspective. Fees: £110 per session (50 minutes)
