Psychological Consulting and Research Services
These services are offered to organisations in the private and public sector.
Conflict between individuals in organisations can have a significant impact on productivity, morale and the mental health of the individuals involved.
Dr Jackie is a trained mediator and works with parties in a work context who are experiencing conflict in their relationship with each other. She uses the FAIR model of conflict resolution which enables her to focus on how each party describes their experience of the relationship and what they need from the other party to resolve their conflict.
Dr Jackie can offer a creative coaching approach rooted in psychological theory and techniques. The approach will enable you to reflect on your current situation, visualise where you want to be and identify and unblock the thinking and behaviours that prevent you from reaching your potential. The coaching programme runs over four 60-minute sessions which includes an initial assessment

Ecotherapy is the name given to a variety of treatment options which aim to improve mental and physical wellbeing through engaging with nature. One way of doing this is through a therapist led group activity which could involve spending time in the outdoors focusing on and experiencing the natural world around you.
Due to Covid-19 Dr Jackie is unable to offer Ecotherapy group events at this time.
